Fund home support properly

Daily home support costs roughly $15,000 a year against $100,000 for a long-term care bed, and it is what most people say they want. Current funding models make the cheaper, preferred option the harder one to access.

A modernised home support model would fund care that follows the person, including respite that families can actually get to, rather than routing people into facilities by default.
