End default restraint
Antipsychotic prescribing without a psychosis diagnosis sits at 28.9% in BC against a 15% target, and has risen every year for five years while being publicly monitored. Physical restraint runs above both the national rate and the achievable benchmark.
Restriction should mean an enforceable ceiling and a requirement to document what was tried first — not a target that is reported against and missed.
